Bluetooth Cash provides money transfer services through multiple methods including:

• Bluetooth peer-to-peer transfers
• Bitcoin cryptocurrency transfers
• Email money transfers
• SMS money transfers
• Credit and debit card payments

All transactions are subject to a flat $1.50 processing fee per transfer.

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Transaction Fees

All transfer methods (Bluetooth, Bitcoin, Email, SMS, and Card) include a flat processing fee of $1.50 per transaction. This fee covers payment processing, security infrastructure, encryption, fraud protection services, and 24/7 customer support. Bitcoin transfers may incur additional network fees based on blockchain congestion.

We employ military-grade AES-256-GCM encryption to protect all transfer data. All sensitive information is encrypted end-to-end before leaving your device. However, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and devices.

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Illegal activities or money laundering
• Fraudulent transactions
• Unauthorized access to other accounts
• Violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Harassment or harm to other users

Bluetooth Cash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. This includes losses from Bitcoin price volatility, network delays, or unauthorized access to your account.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the instant nature of money transfers, all transactions are final. Refunds are only available in cases of technical errors on our part or fraudulent activity verified by our security team. Bitcoin transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed on the blockchain.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
